I’m Dr. Kate, and I help people show their unique story.
I’ve always loved writing. When someone asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said, “I want to help people.” I’ve always had that spirit in me. I truly feel like I win when I help someone else win.
My story
I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do: what motivates them, how they make decisions, and what helps them grow. That curiosity pulled me toward psychology and kept me going, all the way through a doctorate in organizational leadership, where I studied what helps people succeed in the workplace and what gets in their way. I wanted to use everything I learned to help others win in every aspect of life.
Why I Started KH Coaching
This work is personal to me. I know exactly how it feels to apply and apply and not hear back. You start to doubt that you have what it takes, or that something in YOU is missing. And we’re in a day and age where what worked before doesn’t work now, and good people get left in the dust. I started KH Coaching in 2023 to change that.
